Speaking at a press conference in Tivoli, Wednesday (22 June 2016), the Danish monarch explained what she likes about the process:\"It is a great challenge and a great satisfaction when it works. I am always very excited about it. I try to do my best and I feel, that you can never get away with doing than less than your best and then hopefully it is good enough,\" she said. Camilla Kreutzmann, who is in charge of the wigs and make up in the show, described what it is like to work alongside royalty: \"She is very strong to say 'I want this' and she will do it. I think that is nice to work with because we have not so many of them who dare to take all this color and mix it up and do something in the costume world. So that is fun,\" she said. Choreographer Yuri Possokhov joked that he got used to working alongside royalty.\"Actually sometimes I forget that her Majesty is queen,\" he said with a laugh. The queen's designs are tweaked before curtain goes up. Scottish dancer Fenella Cook, who plays the lead role of Cinderella, explained, \"Everyone comes together and has a look and makes some small adjustments and we see how it fits and then works with the set. Also a lot of the movements we do, depends a lot on the fabric of the costumes, so something have to change, so no one gets hurt or caught, things like that\".\"We have had to adjust the costumes a little bit,\" agreed the queen. \"Because I never, I don't know your choreography. I didn't know how you did your choreography before hand, so I had to, we had to adapt. But I think it worked out\".The queen acted as set designer for the Tivoli Pantomime Theatre in 2001, and her works over the years include four ballets by Hans Christian Andersen as well as \"The Nutcracker,\" which is also on the program again in 2016.Tivoli is one of the oldest amusement parks in the world – dating back from 1843The small Pantomime theatre in Tivoli dates back to 1874 and everything inside the theater is still driven by manpower.Tivoli, Copenhagen, Denmark, 22 June 20161.
