connected, so you're joining together with all these people that love Yoga and you just feel like a little family,\" said Helpley.Another participant, Stan Caspi, said yoga helped him feel peaceful in the middle of the craziness of Times Square. \"It's interesting, I've never done anything like this in the middle of Times Square and usually I don't like being here because of the crowd, but because
