But, she believes, many Muslims fail to benefit from the ritual because they fast \"incorrectly.\"\"A person that fasts regularly and performs religious rituals regularly should go through a physical as well as a spiritual detoxification process. However, people complain a lot about fasting because they do not fast correctly. If we fast correctly, we will not get headaches or feel exhausted. If we fast correctly, we will enjoy prayers and we will come out of these prayers spiritually clean,\" she says.Kamal holds that Islam and Yoga have a lot in common. \"The essence of yoga aims at uniting man with God. Our prayers bear yoga techniques. Even the Prophet's Sunna bears yoga techniques. Our master the Prophet, peace be upon him, commanded us to deal with anger by getting up if we are seated and by getting seated if we are up,\" she says.Nourhan Sary, who is an interior designer, studies with Kamal in person - attending yoga classes with her in Cairo.\"I believe the purpose of 'Ramadan Savings' is to think of what we should do after Ramadan. I should change my lifestyle and attitude. If we listen to the videos, you will learn a lot of tips that can eventually become part of your daily routine,\" Sary says.Kamal encourages her online viewers to write down all tips they deem useful - and keep them as 'Ramadan Savings' that they can benefit from throughout the year. I am using the techniques we are applying here at the centre, such as energy therapy, yoga, meditation and psychotherapy to help people enjoy Ramadan spiritually and come out of it in happy spirits.\"6. It aims at recirculating energy in one's body and discharging negative vibes. All our prayer movements are yoga. They aim at subduing the body to discharge negativity and renew positive energy.
