Lynch leaving the news conferenceSTORYLINE:US Attorney General Loretta Lynch on Wednesday said that progress can be made in improving the relationship between law enforcement officials and the communities they serve.Lynch spoke to reporters in Detroit on Wednesday afternoon following the first of what she says will be a series of forums across the country on the topic.The attorney general says \"this has been a very painful time in our country,\" but that \"out of this pain, out of this grief can come progress.\"According to Lynch, the \"justice forums\" as they're being called will bring together residents and police to work on solutions that can be used around the country \"to make a difference.\"In recent weeks, five officers were killed in Dallas and three law enforcement officers were gunned down in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
