The comedian and actor famed for his role as Cosmo Kramer on \"Seinfeld\" has a 42-year-old daughter named Sophia (with two kids of her own) and 4-year-old Antonio, who Richards says he wrestles with for an hour a day.  \"I am very sensitive and present to the world that my child is leading me through. So to come down and realize that it's not all about me,\" Richards said. \"He's tough. And it's a contact, but we are wrestling. It helps him grapple and wrestle with I think the bigger world at large – to be able to wrestle with it. ... He's having a ball. We are laughing most of the time. But it's a real war. It's a real engagement. It's really cool.\"Richards says he's happy to have enough time to spend with his young son. \"This is a real second round for me. And I'm able to be very present. Because I have more time than I had before. So that's important. It's a very fortunate situation,\" he said. \"I say this is a great time to have children. That time. Take the time out to wrestle with your kid.\"Richards spoke following a luncheon in Beverly Hills, California where Jessica Seinfeld was promoting her 15-year-old family-focused nonprofit organization - which switched its name from Baby Buggy to Good-plus earlier this month. The event at the Palm restaurant raised nearly $200,000 for the organization's \"fatherhood initiative\" - to help fathers be active in their children's lives. \"Personally I resonate with the kind of deficiency or dysfunctionalism that arises when you do not have a father. That's a tough one. That's a tough one,\" Richards said. He said he hoped the Good-plus initiative would help new dads who had absentee fathers overcome their own past. \"That's not going to fix the fact that you didn't have a father – that's absolutely true. But it helps you understand certain ways you've gotten yourself into kinds of trouble, you know, because of not having a presence – the presence of a father,\" Richards said. \"I talked to men today who understand a certain hole in their life. And I think there's a certain lesson that can be gotten from that.
