Chinese national electric company, Dongfang, will invest more then 500 million euro (575 million US dollars) into Bosnian thermal plants in Banovici and Tuzla.Chinese investors intend to produce clean energy from otherwise old and air polluting power plants which were in poor shape since the end of the Balkan wars.Bosnian leaders and business managers warmly welcomed the investors from the far east, praising the renewal of the old trade connection between China and Europe through the ancient \"Silk road\", on which Bosnia is situated.China is becoming one of the biggest investors in eastern
