The lower commodity prices, which have begun that movement more than a year-and-a-half ago, which is often said. Certainly, the strong decline that we have observed has been over the last year-and-a-half and for those countries, particularly those low income countries that have focused their development on the extraction of resources and generally with little added value on the ground and not so much by way of taxation this is really causing a major problem. We believe that those low commodity prices are here for probably longer than is estimated by many, which is why it's a major challenge for many low income countries and developing countries, which have to face lower revenue and the need to actually diversify their economy at at a relatively quick pace.\"3.
