So things that have to do with integration into the job market mostly, and talent support. So someone who has already thought of a business idea or of a project idea - this is mostly a newcomer -  introduces his concept and then also locals speak about problems that are perceived around them when it comes to integrating newcomers to the job market. Every idea that I hear here helps our project. It is also important to get to know people, they can help us with support or information.\"13. Various of boat14. We have found that they often have the energy to start their own businesses and we want to help them start their own projects. We believe in their energy and also that they have experience from their home country that they can bring here to bring new products and services to the market.\"15. Various of people in boat16. And I think that you only can change something when you get active. So, a lot of people are for instance liking photos on Facebook, saying 'hey I find it good what you are doing' but none of them are actually doing something. Various of people on boat which is docked LEADIN:A project to bring refugees and locals together has set sail in Berlin. The Startup Boat is a business incubator and ideas exchange platform - and it is always held on a boat. STORYLINE: A gentle cruise down the River Spree in Berlin.But the passengers pay no attention to the city's sights.This is the Startup Boat and people are gathered to discuss the migrant crisis and the job market.Refugees, entrepreneurs, politicians and academics are all here to exchange ideas about how newly arrived migrants can find employment or start their own businesses. This is Startup Boat's sixth trip - the previous five were held on the Greek islands, the home of founder Paula Schwarz. \"Someone who has already thought of a business idea or of a project idea - this is mostly a newcomer -  introduces his concept and then also locals talk about problems that are perceived around them when it comes to integrating newcomers to the job market,\" she explains.And it's that exchange of ideas and a search for solutions which is so valuable to the migrants.Syrian refugee Lana Zaim has lived in Germany for four years and is training to be dentist, but also helps run a catering business with her parents.She's using Startup Boat to get inspiration for the company.\"It is very important make contact with people who live here and discuss with them how to develop your ideas and concepts. Every idea that I hear here helps our project,\" she says.Another Syrian onboard is Salem Mohamed, a refugee from Aleppo in Syria. He now works as a coordinator for Startup Boat and is helping with some of today's workshops.Mohamed thinks refugees should not rely on state benefits.\"We have found that they often have the energy to start their own businesses and we want to help them start their own projects,\" he says.The project is partnered with and supported by the UN refugee agency (UNHCR). The ideas that come out of the sessions will be presented to UNHCR as well as the local government in Berlin. Startup Boat's Berlin coordinator Giulio Benzi says he got involved because people can only change the world when they \"get active\".For many onboard, the last few years have meant extraordinary change and leaving behind their homes.But there are still cautious dreams of returning to Syria.\"I'm very hopeful that in the next five years everything will be okay and that I will be able to go back. But I don't make any plans,\" says Zaim.
