Court documents provided by the group say Rabinowitz felt humiliated by having to move because she is a woman.Rabinowitz told the Associated Press that she decided to change seats because she felt it would be uncomfortable to sit for 11 hours next to someone who clearly did not want her in that seat.While she is seeking 17,000 US dollars in damages, Rabinowitz insists that her decision to sue was made to \"right a wrong\" rather than for monetary reasons.
