The Jakarta Wellness Market is the hottest place for yoga bunnies and health junkies to hunt the latest trends and products.STORY-LINE:Living in the hustle and bustle of a big city is raising people's health awareness in Jakarta.  An increasing number of health oriented events are gaining supports in the Indonesian city.The Jakarta Wellness Market is seeking to become a social hub for the yoga, wellness and well-being community. The market runs from 7-10 April and brings together more than 200 health-orientated businesses, practitioners and communities.  Ine Noor, organiser of the Jakarta Wellness Market says: \"We bring together sports communities such as the yoga community, the runner community, swimmers and others to gather in this event and to exchange ideas.\"Here, visitors find a variety of vegan foods, beverages such as herbal drinks, organic groceries and even a healthy catering service.     Slim Gourmet Catering takes part in the event to raise awareness and to try to prove that healthy food can taste delicious.  They have been in the wellness business for eight years and are known for their weight loss menu.  Slim Gourmet professional kitchen cooks 400 meals and delivers them around Jakarta every day.  The certified chef and nutritionist cater for each client based on their needs.  They will count the calories and other nutrition needed for each meal. The clients just sit in their office and receive two meals every day with a price of eight to 13 US dollars per meal.Jocelyn Halim, director of Slim Gourmet, says: \"So we adapt the menu to meet their goals, such as to lose or to gain weight or if they have a medical condition. We actually give our clients healthy food in a convenient and efficient way.\" But consuming healthy food and drinks is not enough without exercising.  Jakarta's Wellness Market also brings famous local fitness trainers to invite people to try the latest exercise trends such as yoga, zumba or body combat.\"I feel that this is an opportunity for us to hold this event, especially because Jakarta is a stressful city. So how do Jakartans live healthy, is by exercising,\" says Noor.Visitors say curiosity about how to live healthy is the main reason they come to the event.  Many of them are wondering what vegan food and beverages taste like.  It's also a good place to update your sports wardrobe.
