postponed for a third time in the Dominican Republic on Monday.The latest postponement was announced after the defence accused two of the three judges hearing the case of not being impartial.Pilots Pascal Jean Fauret and Bruno Odos, flight attendant Alain Castany and passenger Nicolas Pisapia were arrested after anti-narcotics agents found 26 suitcases of cocaine on the rented plane they were on, just before take-off from Punta Cana airport, bound for France in March 2013.French Senator Olivier Cadic attended Monday's hearing and lamented that the crew had not yet been able to state their case.The trial was delayed last year due to objections by the defence and again in March.On Monday, the trial was postponed for the third time after defence lawyers alleged bias by two of the judges sitting on a three-member panel.The three crew of the plane have maintained their innocence, arguing that as a commercial airline crew they were unaware of the contents of the luggage.Pisapia was the only passenger travelling on the flight and it is alleged the drugs belonged to him.However in preliminary hearings his lawyer said that there was no convincing proof that the suitcases containing the
