I do know how to relax and breath and whenever I perform I know how to - I guess you could call it meditation. And we do a form of guided meditation in the prison work that we do at The Actor's Gang. We take inmates and take them through a guided meditation and it's incredible the effect it has on them and the transformative effect it has on people. Get them to a place where they can be open, emotionally and get to the core of what the issues might be and once we're there we can work on it.\"2. SOUNDBITE (English) Kevin Drew, recording artist - on how he meditates:\"I do. I take baths. I take a lot of baths. My meditation is bathing and bolognese. Basically, I make bolognese and then I take baths.\"(Reporter: \"Do you do that together?\")Kevin Drew: \"I have yet to do that, but if someone paid me enough and gave me a TV show, I guess I would. What I have done is the floats where you go in with the salts and the sort of the Kubrick cubes that they put you in and you float. I've done that a couple of times now and the deprivation tanks. And I find that helps take away the concentration of trying hard. It just sort of envelops you and you have to go there. Whereas it's very difficult for me to try to let go of thinking, as I think it is for everybody.\"3. SOUNDBITE (English) Chloe Webb, actress - on meditation: \"I do meditate. I don't do TM, but yeah, I meditate every morning. It's like - I don't use music or anything. I usually just sit cross legged and then I put cold water in the tea kettle and that's how I know 10 minutes. I put cold water in the tea kettle and then I make French press coffee so I just meditate until the kettle goes off. It's really not scientific, but I do it every morning and it's changed my brain. I have serious A.D.D. and I've been meditating for about four years, which was what got me, is I didn't want to take any drugs, head things. It's pretty trippy. Amazing, in a really simple way. Not like, I don't go on an acid trip or anything.
