The Naked Cowboy is suing the Naked Cowgirl claiming the brand he's built for more than a decade is being damaged. (July 22)\u003cbr/\u003eNATS: \"I'm the naked cowboy, keepin it real for you.\"\u003cbr/\u003e     That's Robert Burck, he's been singing for tips as the Naked Cowboy in Times Square for more than a decade.\u003cbr/\u003e     NATS: \"You're name is seur, and my name is connoisseur.\"\u003cbr/\u003e     That's Sandra Brodsky, she started singing for tips in Times Square as the Naked Cowgirl in 2008.\u003cbr/\u003e     There's a duel between these two cow-persons.\u003cbr/\u003e     Not with guns, and not even with guitars.\u003cbr/\u003e     Instead, these two are dueling with lawyers.\u003cbr/\u003e     That's because the Naked Cowboy says The Naked Cowgirl stole his act and wants her to stop performing.\u003cbr/\u003e     (Robert Burck, The Naked Cowboy)\u003cbr/\u003e     \"Obviously I sing and play guitar in my underwear, boots and hat and call myself the Naked Cowboy. If you sing, play guitar in underwear boots and hat 50 yards away and call yourself the Naked Cowgirl, it's pretty obvious, come up with your own thing, that's all.\"\u003cbr/\u003e     But Brodsky says she won't stop.\u003cbr/\u003e     (Sandra Brodsky, Naked Cowgirl)\u003cbr/\u003e     \"You know I really think I've earned the right to be there.
