flight on Thursday as the high-tech equipment was taken from Maputo to Beira to help with the aid operation. \u003cbr/\u003eThis C-130 is used to carry the aerial assessment equipment over the flooded areas. \u003cbr/\u003eUnited States General Joe Wherle joined an American aid flight on Thursday to take the equipment, called \"Keen Sage\", from Maputo to Beira/\u003cbr/\u003eIt is used in conjunction with a global positioning satellite (GPS), which means the operators on board can pinpoint the exact location of any trouble spots or displaced people.\u003cbr/\u003eIt's the only one operating in Mozambique and although there were initial reports that it had found a large group of displaced people, the U-N says this is not the case.\u003cbr/\u003eRosa Malango from the U-S Special Humanitarian Mission said the video from Wednesday's first flight does not show any such group. \u003cbr/\u003eOne of the first jobs for \"Keen Sage\" on Thursday, was a dam inspection on the Limpopo River near the town of Massingir, near the South African border. \u003cbr/\u003eU-S military officials said the dam's water levels were a cause of major concern.\u003cbr/\u003eAt Beira, General Wherle
