That day is done,\" he said.\u003cbr/\u003eThe Black Eyed Peas recently topped Billboard's Hot 100 singles charts for 20 consecutive weeks, the most ever by an act. \u003cbr/\u003e'Boom Boom Pow' and the song that dislodged it, 'I Gotta Feeling', have been at the top of the charts for 12 and eight weeks, respectively. \u003cbr/\u003eBut it is encouraging fresh music stars that motivates him.\u003cbr/\u003e\"What is important is that these on-line companies need to birth future icons. They can't just borrow music that the record industry has paid for,\" he says. \u003cbr/\u003eWill.i.am was approached to work on the new Pepsi campaign to inspire other producers and artists to remix songs. \u003cbr/\u003eHe decided that if he were going to re-work any song for the campaign, he'd choose a track by LMFAO, who are signed to his
