remained a threat, even after the damage it had sustained in Afghanistan. \u003cbr/\u003eTenet said one of his highest ongoing concerns was terrorist groups claims that they were willing to use  weapons of mass destruction - such as chemical, biological or nuclear - against the United States. \u003cbr/\u003eTenet faced repeated questions about the Bush administration's current plans against
