That is very unfortunate.  We were very disappointed in it.  It is the settlement as we  understood it that the company would have been prepared to accept.  Nonetheless what  is done is done.  If there is any silvery lining to the clouds, it's the airline is operating  and we're delighted it's operating. They executed the order and they were  shutdown for approximately 24 minutes until we received confirmation from the White  House that a presidential emergency board had been declared and established.  We  will always comply with federal law.  We then passed onto all of our strike centres to go  back to status quo.
