Kennedy airport by F-B-I agents who arrested him on a Swiss warrant alleging money laundering.\u003cbr/\u003ePavel Borodin, who was arrested on Wednesday, was to appear in federal court in Brooklyn on Thursday, according to F-B-I spokesman Joe Valiquette. \u003cbr/\u003eHis attorney, Ramond Levites, speaking outside the courthouse, said that the Russian government \"considers this detention inappropriate\".\u003cbr/\u003eBorodin was taken into custody after arriving in New York from Moscow on a Delta flight. \u003cbr/\u003eHe had planned to attend Saturday's inauguration in Washington and a candlelight dinner organized by the inauguration committee.\u003cbr/\u003eHe was held overnight at a federal detention center in Brooklyn.\u003cbr/\u003eBorodin, who headed the Kremlin property administration under former President Boris Yeltsin, was detained on a Swiss warrant at John F.
