(Nov. 4)\u003cbr/\u003e    (Newark, New Jersey)\u003cbr/\u003e    A mother's words to the man who killed her daughter.\u003cbr/\u003e    \"I don't hate you Mr. Jovel, I forgive you.\"\u003cbr/\u003e    However, Shalga Hightower asked a judge that Melvin Jovel be sentenced to life in prison for killing her daughter Iofemi Hightower, so that he:\u003cbr/\u003e    (Shalga Hightower, Mother of Victim)\u003cbr/\u003e    \"Will never, ever be able to do this to someone else's child.\"\u003cbr/\u003e    Jovel pled guilty to being the triggerman who lined up and shot four unarmed teenagers in the head.\u003cbr/\u003e    Only one survived.\u003cbr/\u003e    (Voice of Laquinta Hightower, Cousin of Victim)\u003cbr/\u003e    \"I hope that when he dies his soul is fireproof, because he's destined to spend eternity in hell.\"\u003cbr/\u003e    Jovel was sentenced to 245 years in prison for the crimes.\u003cbr/\u003e    Jovel and five other young people with him at the crime are all affiliated with MS-13, a Latin gang.\u003cbr/\u003e    One has been convicted, the others await trial.\u003cbr/\u003e    The only thing Jovel said in court, was about the other man convicted, Rodolfo Godinez. \u003cbr/\u003e    (Melvin Jovel, Voice of Translator)\u003cbr/\u003e    \"No, the only thing I have to say is that the other person who was sentenced had nothing to do with that.\"\u003cbr/\u003e    The father of murder victim Deshon Harvey was hoping for an apology.\u003cbr/\u003e    (James Harvey) \u003cbr/\u003e    \"Is that what MS13 membership involves?
