They chronicle his time in the ER, his urgent return to the hospital two days later and his steep decline as his organs began to fail.\u003cbr/\u003eSaymendy Lloyd who says she's a friend of Duncan's fiance, Louise Troh, says she and his family are upset he was sent home after his initial visit to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. \u003cbr/\u003e\"She didn't know he had Ebola but because of the level of fever was very high, she didn't think that was a good idea to send him home,\" Lloyd said who is acting as Troh's spokesperson. \u003cbr/\u003eIn a statement issued Friday, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital said it had made procedural changes and continues to \"review and evaluate\" the decisions surrounding Duncan's care.\u003cbr/\u003eDuncan carried the deadly virus with him from his home in Liberia, though he showed no symptoms when he left for the United States. He arrived in Dallas on Sept. 20 and fell ill several days later.\u003cbr/\u003eHe died in Dallas on Wednesday.
