government is busy converting the base into a special economic zone to attract tourists and new businesses. \u003cbr/\u003ePresident Ramos launched the inaugural ceremonies for the new Clark International Airport terminal.\u003cbr/\u003eA new terminal will soon be built capable of accommodating 300 passengers on charter flights.\u003cbr/\u003eSaturday's inauguration included ceremonial landings at Clark by Philippine Airlines and a Grandair B-737. \u003cbr/\u003eThe two flights from Manila were loaded with government officials and foreign investors.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE:
