He is a very, very crafty leader of a large network that is conducting terrorist operations inside this country and I think we have seen the results of that and again as we have said many, many times, it requires every person in this country to provide information to the legitimate authorities so we can can hunt down to kill or capture every person of that network to include Zarqawi himself. Multinational Force sign\u003cbr/\u003eUS General Mark Kimmitt commented in Baghdad on Wednesday on the current situation in Iraq, just one week before power is handed over to the interim Iraqi government.\u003cbr/\u003eKimmitt said that former Iraqi president, Saddam Hussein, who was captured by US forces last December, was being treated with \"dignity and respect\" in accordance with the Geneva Conventions.\u003cbr/\u003eHe said the coalition would consider handing over \"legal custody\" of the former president to the people of Iraq, but added that Saddam would continue to be held by coalition forces \"for some period of time.\" \u003cbr/\u003eCommenting on the recent US airstrikes in Fallujah, which came in the wake of the killing of South Korean civilian Kim Sun-il, Kimmitt said he believed \"significant numbers of Zarqawi lieutenants\" had been hit and that a significant amount of ammunition had been retrieved. \u003cbr/\u003eThe militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, who is thought to linked to the al-Qaida network, is believed to be behind the beheading of the South Korean.\u003cbr/\u003eTuesday's attack was the second US airstrike on Fallujah since Saturday. \u003cbr/\u003eFallujah residents said the strike late on Tuesday had hit a parking lot full of cars. \u003cbr/\u003eEarlier on Wednesday, in a recording purporting to be by al-Zarqawi, the militant threatened to assassinate Iraq's interim prime minister, Iyad Allawi, and to fight the Americans. \u003cbr/\u003eBut Kimmitt said there would \"continue to be good protection around Prime Minister Allawi\", to prevent any assassination attempts.   \u003cbr/\u003eKimmitt said he believed Saddam loyalists were responsible for many of the smaller attacks in Iraq, but added: \"We believe that the
