with Serbia on the province's future.\u003cbr/\u003eKouchner's Serbian counterpart, Vuk Jeremic, said Serbia was prepared to talk but to reconcile would \"stop short of infringement of sovereignty and US European Union and Russia, known as the troika, sought to push ethnic Albanians and Serbian officials toward settlement of the dispute. \u003cbr/\u003eThey are to report to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon by December 10 on the result of the talks.\u003cbr/\u003eLeaders in Serbia and in Kosovo have expressed doubt about whether an agreement can be reached. \u003cbr/\u003eKosovo insists on full
