an alleged conspiracy to hold the boy's family captive. \u003cbr/\u003eThe witness was expected to testify that they were held at Jackson's Neverland ranch in February and March 2003 because the singer wanted them to help rebut a damaging TV documentary.\u003cbr/\u003eThe documentary showed the boy holding hands with Jackson and the singer saying he allows children to share his bed in a non-sexual way.\u003cbr/\u003eProsecutors also expected to call the accuser's mother to testify on Tuesday, but there were reports that the woman may not take the stand to avoid potential legal problems concerning alleged welfare fraud.\u003cbr/\u003eJackson, 46, has pleaded innocent to accusations that he molested a 13-year-old former cancer patient, plied the boy with alcohol and held his family captive.\u003cbr/\u003eOn Monday, the court heard testimony from the mother of another boy who had received a multimillion-dollar settlement from Jackson in the 1990s. \u003cbr/\u003eThe woman told jurors that she allowed her son to sleep in Jackson's bed after a tearful plea from the singer.\u003cbr/\u003eThe woman said she was flown by jet to Las Vegas for a weekend at the Mirage hotel, and that Jackson and her son went to a performance of Cirque du Soleil but returned early and knocked on her door.\u003cbr/\u003eJackson was \"sobbing,\" and asked why she didn't trust him and why she wouldn't allow her son to be in Jackson's bedroom, she testified.\u003cbr/\u003eThe woman said she finally relented and the next day Jackson gave her a gold Cartier bracelet, followed by trips and other jewelry. \u003cbr/\u003eThe woman did not testify that she had ever seen her son molested.\u003cbr/\u003eShe did, however, confirm that her son was involved in a lawsuit against Jackson and
