International Monetary Fund.   \u003cbr/\u003eBrasilia is the first stop in a tour that will include visits to China, India and the Middle East, Lagarde confirmed after a meeting with Brazilian Finance Minister Guido Mantega.\u003cbr/\u003eShe assured journalists in Brasilia that she is looking to lead an IMF that includes more participation from developing countries and cited Brazil as one of the major global economic players.   \u003cbr/\u003eMantega, who has not yet endorsed Lagarde, said that he would like to change the rule of having a European in charge of the IMF and an American in charge of the World Bank and said he would welcome a candidate from one of the emerging markets.\u003cbr/\u003eMexican Central Bank president Agustin Carstens, who is also running for the IMFs
