west of the country.\u003cbr/\u003eThe complex is a hot tourist attraction in more than one way. \u003cbr/\u003eThe baths are built over 7,200 square metres and feature a two-story building constructed on 6 acres of land.\u003cbr/\u003eUnveiled in 1997, the complex has been attracting tourists since then.\u003cbr/\u003eSigns in English shows the spa's popularity among foreign tourists.\u003cbr/\u003eInside people of all ages enjoy the hot steam while basking in the pool room.\u003cbr/\u003eIt is said the hot water springs can improve health by increasing blood circulation, the sweating out of toxins and promoting psychological and muscular relaxation.\u003cbr/\u003eOne man relaxing in the pool is tourist, Mahmoud Jalili.\u003cbr/\u003eHe says the hot water helps him relieve aches and pains caused by arthritis.\u003cbr/\u003eFor Jalili the spa also offers a chance to play with his young son.\u003cbr/\u003eAnd for the others sitting by the pool, it is the perfect opportunity to catch up with friends.\u003cbr/\u003eNaser Qasemi Nia is a member of Iran's Health Tourism Committee.\u003cbr/\u003eHe claims the springs help in soothing the nervous system.\u003cbr/\u003eSar-ein hot springs are not only famous among Iranians, but also attract numerous tourists from Europe, the Persian Gulf and other Asian countries.\u003cbr/\u003eNaser Qasemi Nia also says visitors from as far as Japan have visited the hot springs.\u003cbr/\u003eIn keeping with Iran's Islamic law, there are separate bathing areas for both men and women.\u003cbr/\u003eOne tourist playing with his son is Sara'ee.\u003cbr/\u003eHe says the hot springs are world famous because of their healing effects.\u003cbr/\u003eShowers and changing room facilities are on hand for the bathers once they are finished.\u003cbr/\u003eAnother tourist visiting is Abdi.\u003cbr/\u003eHe says he comes once a year to enjoy the benefits of the hot springs.\u003cbr/\u003eThe Sabalan Hydrotherapy Complex features three indoor swimming pools, individual bathtubs, Jacuzzi, dry and steam saunas, a restaurant and coffee shop, cosmetic shops, and a medical centre. \u003cbr/\u003eThis complex can serve 400 men and 200 women at a time.\u003cbr/\u003eThe water originates from underground sources that are heated by the earth's crust.\u003cbr/\u003eHot springs are also known as
