One man was injured when the elephants were surprised at a shopping mall in the suburbs of the capital, Harare.\u003cbr/\u003eThere's been growing pressure to cull the elephant population but conservationists insist there is no need for that.\u003cbr/\u003eZimbabwe is facing a problem of elephantine proportions. \u003cbr/\u003eThe animals are running riot on farm land and destroying crops.\u003cbr/\u003eThe country's elephant population is one of the largest in Africa. \u003cbr/\u003eFarmers say there simply isn't enough land for them both and shoot them on sight. \u003cbr/\u003eBut there is a solution.\u003cbr/\u003eConservationists are preparing these tranquilisers as part of an effort to relocate the elephants.\u003cbr/\u003eThey say relocation is the solution and the vast majority who are moved do manage to survive the experience.\u003cbr/\u003eInstead of being shot these elephants are being moved to a nearby park.\u003cbr/\u003eBut relocating is tricky. \u003cbr/\u003eOnce tranquilised the elephants can overheat and drown in their own fluids.\u003cbr/\u003eHowever, the first priority is to save the elephants.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (English)\u003cbr/\u003e\"They have been shooting some but we have said we have homes.
