and announced moves to forge a civil nuclear agreement in the future.\u003cbr/\u003eIndia's negotiation of a civil nuclear deal with Canada is similar to the ones with the United States, Russia and France.\u003cbr/\u003eResponding to a question about the safety of Indian nuclear installations in view of terror threats, Prime Minister Singh said India would do everything in its power to ensure the safety and security of its nuclear installations and there should be no doubt on that account. \u003cbr/\u003eHarper said Canada had faith in India's ability to run a civil nuclear programme.\u003cbr/\u003e\"This is a stable and reliable friend of our country and we have certainly no reservations about pursuing this kind of an agreement,\" Harper said.\u003cbr/\u003eCanada, unlike Russia, the US and France, does not have nuclear weapons but it does have a civil nuclear programme.\u003cbr/\u003eThe two countries also signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in
