Wide of coast guard patrolling \u003cbr/\u003eA group of 43 Tunisian migrants landed on the Italian island of Lampedusa on Tuesday, despite adverse weather conditions, bringing the current number of migrants hosted in a UN run camp to nearly 1,000.\u003cbr/\u003eMost have fled the recent violence inside Tunisia, which has now spread to neighbouring Libya, and across the Middle East.\u003cbr/\u003eA field officer from the UN's refugee agency said that the possible arrival of migrants from Libya within the next days could be handled by the camp without any
