once again contradicting what the F-B-I had concluded. \u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (English)  \u003cbr/\u003e\"The official (F-B-I) explanation is completely false and can be contradicted by the radar data itself. The radar data shows that the plane did not climb as the N-T-S-B and F-B-I (Federal Bureau of Investigation) says it did. It also shows a significant movement of targets into a military warning zone which was activated the day of the crash. \u003cbr/\u003eSUPERCAPTION:  Thomas Stalcup, doctor at Florida State University \u003cbr/\u003eHe also reiterated the controversial theory that the plane was shot down by a missile. \u003cbr/\u003eStalcup said  96 witnesses out of 102 said they saw a flare like a spark coming from the surface of the ocean towards the sky. \u003cbr/\u003eThose witnesses although scheduled, were not heard after the F-B-I cancelled their appearance to testify.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (English)  \u003cbr/\u003e\"The eyewitnesses, the majority of the eyewitnesses that saw where something came from, they said it came from the ocean surface. 94 percent said it came from the ocean surface- of those who saw where it came from and so this tells me that there was definitely something that came from the ocean surface that caused this crash.
