their case in the child molestation trial.\u003cbr/\u003eThroughout the trial, prosecutors have attempted to show that Jackson has a history of abuse.\u003cbr/\u003eThey have called more than 80 witnesses, including Jackson's accuser. \u003cbr/\u003eOn Monday, a detective acknowledged under cross-examination that authorities could not tie Michael Jackson to any of the dozens of phone calls his associates apparently made during the weeks surrounding the broadcast of a damaging documentary about the singer.\u003cbr/\u003eProsecutors are expected to say in final arguments that the phone calls show frantic activity in an effort to stem the damage caused by the \"Living With Michael Jackson\" documentary.\u003cbr/\u003eIn other testimony on Monday, a bank manager testified that in April 2003, Marc Schaffel cashed cheques for one (m) million US dollars and 500-thousand US dollars on an account for which he and Jackson were the only signatories.\u003cbr/\u003eSchaffel's name has come up repeatedly in connection with efforts to contain harm to Jackson's image from the documentary.\u003cbr/\u003eSchaffel has claimed in a civil lawsuit that he had extensive financial dealings with Jackson and that the pop star owes him more than three (m) million dollars in loans and producing fees.\u003cbr/\u003eJackson is accused of molesting a 13-year-old boy at his Neverland ranch, giving him alcohol and conspiring to hold the boy's family captive to rebut the documentary, in which the singer said he shared his bed with children.     \u003cbr/\u003eHe denies all the charges against him. \u003cbr/\u003eWhen the prosecution case is over, it's expected that the defence will take around two months to present its case. \u003cbr/\u003eIt is not clear whether Jackson himself
