recording service is partnering with family groups to help give parents more control of what their children watch.\u003cbr/\u003eTired of violence in children's television, a popular digital video recording service in the United States, TiVo, have partnered with two family organisations to give parents more control over what their kids watch.\u003cbr/\u003eThe new venture Common Sense Media and Parents Television Council would allow parents to lock out inappropriate programming.\u003cbr/\u003eIt would also give children a selection of \"safe\" shows.\u003cbr/\u003eTiVo will use the
