Keira Chaplin posing for photos \u003cbr/\u003eStars turned out for the first ever Amy Winehouse Foundation Ball on Tuesday (20 NOV) in London.\u003cbr/\u003eHeld at the prestigious Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair, guests included Barbara Windsor, Mica Paris, Paloma Faith and Amy's god daughter Dionne Bromfield.\u003cbr/\u003eThe evening was hosted by Amy's friend and collaborator Mark Ronson, who attributed his career to Amy, while music was provided by the likes of Tyler James and Matt Goss. \u003cbr/\u003eThis is the first fundraising ball held by the foundation, which was set up on 14 September 2011, on what would have been Amy's 28th birthday. \u003cbr/\u003eHer father Mitch set up the foundation in order to continue the work that Amy had begun. \u003cbr/\u003e\"Amy loved children, she loved young people, we know that she took up somebody who was homeless in herself, so she understood about homelessness, and of course the struggle which she had with drugs, which ultimately she overcame, unfortunately not with alcohol,\" explained Winehouse. \u003cbr/\u003e\"We know that we have to try and help people in that situation as well. Other people will have to judge the achievements, we don't regard it as achievements, frankly we think it's our moral obligation to do what we're doing,\"   he added.\u003cbr/\u003eThe singer tragically died in July 2011 of accidental alcohol poisoning, she was only 27.\u003cbr/\u003eAmongst the aims of the foundation is to help various charities which support and offer advice to young people suffering from or affected by drug and alcohol abuse. \u003cbr/\u003eAlso speaking on the red carpet was Amy's mother Janis, who highlighted her daughter's caring side.\u003cbr/\u003e\"Well this and more I think there's a lot of things, of how caring she was.
