(March 22) \u003cbr/\u003eAfter nearly a year of debate, President Barack Obama is set to sign into law a transformative overhaul of the nation''s health care system. \u003cbr/\u003eThe legislation is expected to extend health insurance coverage to 32 million Americans and cut the nation''s deficits over time. \u003cbr/\u003eInsurance companies will also no longer be able to deny coverage to those with pre-existing conditions.\u003cbr/\u003eStandup\u003cbr/\u003eJulie Pace\u003cbr/\u003e\"One of the president''s strongest arguments as he made his final push for health care reform was that Americans would start to see some of these changes immediately. It was a bold promise that Obama hoped would give Democratic lawmakers some confidence that they''d have some positive results to campaign on in November. But it also raised expectations for the sweeping legislation that''s expected to touch the lives of nearly every American.\"\u003cbr/\u003eHealth care analyst Henry Aaron says the expectations for fast reform may have been oversold. \u003cbr/\u003eHenry Aaron/Brookings Institution \u003cbr/\u003e\"At first they will start to see very modest changes. The big ticket items in the lives of millions of people don''t take affect until 2014 or 2013.\"\u003cbr/\u003eThat has some Americans reserving their judgement on the overhaul. \u003cbr/\u003eDr. Douglas Cohen/Neurosurgeon\u003cbr/\u003e\"the devil is in the details. It remains to be seen what this is going to do to health care and how it either benefits or costs the country in the future.\"\u003cbr/\u003eOne group that is responding positively to the president''s plan are young adults, who will be able to stay on their parents insurance until age 26. \u003cbr/\u003eDominique King/25 years old\u003cbr/\u003e\"That would be a good thing because after this year I won''t be on my parents insurance anymore because I''m 25 and I have to get my own\"\u003cbr/\u003eUna Sheridan/23 years old\u003cbr/\u003e\"I was really excited.  It would help me out a lot.  It would be like a security blanket to know that for the next three years I''ll still be able to be on an affordable insurance plan.\"\u003cbr/\u003eThe component of the bill covering young people on
