Then programme your floor to rotate accordingly.   \u003cbr/\u003eAnd if you want the opposite tomorrow then simply change the settings.  \u003cbr/\u003eThe 'house of Invention' boasted the latest in home technology that makes it a gadget lover's dream home in October this year. \u003cbr/\u003eResidents can keep the outside world at bay with glass technology that turns windows opaque at the flip of a switch....\u003cbr/\u003eImpress their dinners guests with a wine vault that keeps a digital inventory of bottles....\u003cbr/\u003eFreshen up with a digitally powered shower, that personalises water temperature and pressure for each user....\u003cbr/\u003eOf course the home also featured all the high-tech gadgets you'd expect, like state-of-the-art home entertainment, remote controls that allow you to turn on and off just about everything in the house, and cameras throughout the home that you can access online.\u003cbr/\u003eThe 6,500 sq. ft., five-bedroomed house of innovation has just sold for the asking price of $5.3 million. \u003cbr/\u003eA remote beach in Chile has been the site of an architectural experiment for decades.\u003cbr/\u003eIt's called the Open City - built by a group architects, poets, philosophers and even mathematicians, from one of Chile�s most prestigious schools of design, who dreamed of creating their own Utopia. \u003cbr/\u003eEach building is an experimental project, entirely original, which would not be given planning permission outside the area.\u003cbr/\u003eThe site covers some 270 hectares.\u003cbr/\u003eThe buildings' designers say they're the result of combining poetry, philosophy and mathematics in architecture.\u003cbr/\u003eThe project was founded in 1970 by a group of poets, philosophers, architects and designers. And today, some of them still live on the grounds. \u003cbr/\u003eIn August, a Chinese millionaire opened up his house to reveal thousands of pieces of porcelain.\u003cbr/\u003eThe wealthy collector lives in China's Tianjin Municipality and has spent twenty years building up his \"china house\". \u003cbr/\u003eIt is decorated with painted porcelain vases from more than two hundred years ago, along with china plates, cats, and stone statues that are thought to be worth thousands of dollars.\u003cbr/\u003eThe owner, the millionaire collector Zhang Lianzhi, hopes to prove that antiques are not something that can only be conserved in storage houses.\u003cbr/\u003eHe claims that they have life just like human beings, and they will lose their flavour and colour if they are simply conserved as treasure.\u003cbr/\u003eMore than 20,000 pieces of porcelain along with 700 stone statues and 7 tons of crystal are used in the house.\u003cbr/\u003eThis year home-life was made that much more comfortable, with new inventions on display and forms design attracting visitors from all over in 2006. \u003cbr/\u003eServants could be a thing of the past for some rich home owners of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)starting earlier this May.\u003cbr/\u003eNow so-called 'smart homes' are being built that can draw your curtains, brew your coffee and change the lighting in your rooms.\u003cbr/\u003eBut smart homes don't come cheap, with some costing in excess of $3 million (US). Their walls conceal hundreds of metres of cabling that connect every electrical appliance to a computerised mainframe.\u003cbr/\u003eDespite some people's reservations, an estimated 10 per cent of
