I think it points up the  dangers that all the diplomats and other relief workers and refugee workers and others  face in Bosnia.  We have no reason to believe that the crash was anything other than  an accident.  There were a significant number of fatalities and there were Americans on  board the helicopter.  Beyond that we are not in a position to confirm who were injured  and who survived and who died.
