had a legitimate right to obtain technology to produce electricity. \u003cbr/\u003eHis comments came a day after Iranian and European negotiators met in Geneva, where Iran reaffirmed its commitment not to seek to develop nuclear weapons. \u003cbr/\u003eThe Europeans agreed to present Tehran with more proposals in about two months.\u003cbr/\u003eKharrazi was on an official one-day visit to Lebanon to discuss regional developments with senior Lebanese officials. \u003cbr/\u003eHe was expected to confer with the Lebanese president, prime minister, parliamentary speaker and foreign
