And also the situation on the ground in Afghanistan plays to the hand of Osama bin Laden and the Taliban. There's no law and order, there's no central government, there is a lot of inter-fighting between the warlords, hijacking, rapes, all kinds of things. So he is more relaxed because the Americans could not fulfill their promises to the Afghani people that there would be a prosperous, united, civilised Afghanistan. The second thing is, Osama bin Laden managed to regroup again and start to actually resume his contacts with his followers. It is true that he's not using electronic things but he is now concentrating on letters and personal contacts, so he is preparing for a war of attrition against the American troops in Afghanistan.\"\u003cbr/\u003e3. First, to launch a war of attrition against American troops in Afghanistan itself, attack their bases - and we noticed two days ago there were missile attacks against Jalalabad airport. The second thing he may concentrate on is launching attacks against American interests, maybe inside the US itself or maybe in other parts of the world to say, look, I'm still  continuing my struggle  - as he calls it, or Jihad -  I'm still alive and kicking, and I'm still a threat. So he would like to prolong the American agony by surviving as long as he can and making a lot of noises. He knows that the War on Terrorism, or the major target of the terrorism war, is to capture him and to kill him and also his ally, Mullah Omar. So as long as both of them are alive and manage to move, and to regroup, this is a huge defeat to the Americans and to President Bush in particular.\"\u003cbr/\u003e5.
