Although if some people like Tomislav Nikolic (leader of Serbian Radical Party) are thinking that Serbia should be a part of Russia, a province of Russia, it is absolutely impossible. Russia is too far away and Serbia is too small to be a province of Russia. So it is not going to be the future of Serbia. The future of Serbia is in Europe and we saw it a week ago if you remember. Immediately after Tom Nikolic was elected as a speaker of the Serbian parliament, immediately there was a lot of problems on the stock market in Serbia. A lot of business started to reduce almost immediately in a day or in a few days. So there is a mechanism of controlling the economical situation in Serbia and I think it is going to be more and more developed in the future. I think this government is in an excellent position. Everything is ready for this government to be very successful and I hope it is going to be. If we are going through the election results in the last few years, in 2004, in 2003, even before that, the upper bound for radical party and for socialist party was about 1.4 (m) million. Five years ago they won 1.4 (m) million votes. In 2003 in the parliamentary elections then they won 1.4 (m) million votes. In the second round of the presidential elections Tom Nikolic won 1.4 (m) million votes. Again on previous elections a few months ago they won 1.4 (m) million votes. We are performing some surveys in Serbia, some public opinion polls and we know for years that the upper bound of this group is 1.5 (m) million voters. On the other side we have former democratic opposition of Serbia parties and their upper bound is about 2.5 (m) million. So there is a big difference between these two groups. And everything is up to what kind of politics are going to be performed by former DOS (Democratic Opposition of Serbia).\"\u003cbr/\u003e12. When I'm talking about the success of this government I'm talking about, first of all, about economy,\" he said.\u003cbr/\u003eThe lawmakers are now under the deadline pressure to vote on the new coalition Cabinet made up of President Boris Tadic's pro-Western Democrats, the centre-right conservatives of Vojislav Kostunica - the prime minister since 2004 who will keep his job under the coalition deal - and small reformist G-17 party.\u003cbr/\u003ePolitical manoeuvring and negotiations climaxed last week when the two rival leaders were still unable to agree a pact, and Kostunica suddenly endorsed ultranationalist Tomislav Nikolic, a Serbian Radical Party leader, as the speaker of the parliament - the No. 2 position in the country.\u003cbr/\u003eThat triggered alarm among Western officials and Serbia's neighbours who feared renewed tensions in the Balkans which went through four bloody wars during the Milosevic era. With the agreement between the pro-democracy groups, Nikolic was forced to resign on Sunday after only five days in the job.\u003cbr/\u003eThe new government, if formed by the deadline, will face its
