Musicians bow\u003cbr/\u003eMandarin/Cantonese/Nat\u003cbr/\u003eThe Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China was  founded Tuesday morning during a solemn ceremony.\u003cbr/\u003ePresident Jiang Zemin and the new Chief executive - Tung Chee Hwa-  presided over the  ceremony which was attended by more than four-thousand dignitaries and guests.\u003cbr/\u003eSome 170 billion Hong Kong dollars of Land Fund today was handed over to the  government of  the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic  of China during the same ceremony.\u003cbr/\u003eHong Kong's new Chief Executive, Tung Chee Hwa, was inaugurated early Tuesday at a  ceremony marking the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.\u003cbr/\u003eThe ceremony was held at the new extension of the Hong Kong Convention and   Exhibition Centre - in the same place where the official handover took place the night  before.\u003cbr/\u003eMore than four-thousand six hundred honoured guests attended the celebration.\u003cbr/\u003eThe minute the new leader of Hong Kong stepped onto the rostrum, he paid a tribute to  late Chinese paramount leader Deng Xiaoping and his wife.\u003cbr/\u003eDeng was the architect of the one country, two systems concept specially tailored for  the return of Hong Kong.\u003cbr/\u003eTung conveyed his well wishes to the late leader's widow.\u003cbr/\u003eThen, speaking like a true politician, Tung touched on issues close to the hearts of the  people --  housing, education and the economy -- and said he will make improvements  in those areas.\u003cbr/\u003eHe appealed to the people to help him achieve those aims and spoke in Cantonese -  Hong Kong's dialect - rather than the official Mandarin spoken in Beijing.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (Cantonese)\u003cbr/\u003e\"This is our mission. Monday, that fund totalled 170 Hong Kong dollars and was presented to the Hong  Kong Special Administrative Region government.\u003cbr/\u003eThe thirty one provinces in China also has gifts for the
