I would like to repeat, I do not know whether or not the Quds force was ordered from the top echelons of government but my point is, what's worse? Them ordering it and it happening, or them not ordering and it's happening.\"\u003cbr/\u003eUS President George W Bush said on Wednesday he's convinced that the Iranian government is supplying deadly weapons to fighters in Iraq, even if he can't prove the orders came from the highest levels in Tehran. \u003cbr/\u003eBush insisted that a \"part of the Iranian government\" supplied deadly weapons to Iraqi fighters. \u003cbr/\u003eBut, Bush said, it's impossible to tell if Ahmadinejad ordered the arms transfers.\u003cbr/\u003e\"I do not know whether or not the Quds force was ordered from the top echelons of government but my point is, what's worse?\" Bush said.\u003cbr/\u003eUS officials have said that Iran helped on attacks on troops in Iraq, an assertion denied by Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. \u003cbr/\u003eBush also shrugged off congressional debate on a non-binding resolution opposing his Iraq policy  but said US troops are counting on lawmakers to provide them the funds they need to win. \u003cbr/\u003eAt the same time, Bush said Congress would soon vote on a bill that did matter, one providing emergency funding for the Iraq war. \u003cbr/\u003e\"Our troops are additional army brigades, Iraqi army brigades, in the capital\", Bush said of his conversation with Petraeus.\u003cbr/\u003eBush also praised efforts at the six-party talks in Beijing for reaching a tentative deal to dismantle North Korea's nuclear weapons program.\u003cbr/\u003e\"This is a unique deal,\" Bush said.\u003cbr/\u003eTuesday's nuclear agreement marks a turnabout for North Korea, which expelled international inspectors and restarted its sole operating nuclear reactor in 2003.\u003cbr/\u003eThe agreement requires the communist nation to halt its nuclear programs in exchange for oil and other assistance.\u003cbr/\u003eIn the news conference Bush also addressed his country's relationship with Russia, brushing aside strong criticism of US policies by Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying there are many issues the two countries can work together on.\u003cbr/\u003ePutin lashed out at US foreign policy over the weekend in comments that reflected a growing chill in ties between the former Cold War foes, who are at odds over issues ranging from US military plans for Europe to the state of democracy in Russia.\u003cbr/\u003eBush called his relationship with Putin \"complicated\" but said that it's a relationship in which \"there are disagreements but there's also a relationship in which we can find common ground to solve
