They are a populist party, a right wing populist party, which has softened their anti-immigrant stance immensely over the last years\" she says.\u003cbr/\u003ePrime Minister Jens Stoltenberg's Labor Party remained the biggest party overall, with 55 seats, but failed to secure a majority together with its partners, the Socialist Party and the Center Party.\u003cbr/\u003eHowever, although there will be a change of government in the Scandinavian nation, political editor Skartveit says the world will not notice any big difference. \u003cbr/\u003e\"The Norwegian political spectrum is quite narrow\" she says. \"Overall it's a consensus society Norwegian society, so I think it will be some adjustments but not big changes\".\u003cbr/\u003e1.
