It only needed 3 18 minute intervals and as a matter of fact it is over cooked.  The breast is at 180. I really wanted to taste it but if you were to taste it you somewhat can't tell the difference.  It's handy if your oven goes out and we do take those calls on Thanksgiving day where people's ovens are broke and they want to know what to do with their turkey and it's a great alternative if they
