We were left in the dock from about one o'clock.  We didn't board until about six, seven, eight o'clock at night. I have two children. I had no diapers. They told us we were going to board in about an hour. There was nothing to eat. They did nothing to accommodate us. We got on board, it was a nightmare - an absolute nightmare. We switched cabins two or three times. The first cabin was literally under water. It was like a floating Motel 6.
