counterfeit and fake international brand products on sale even in downtown Beijing.\u003cbr/\u003eCommissioner Wang believes that the problem of infringement of intellectual property rights will be gradually disappear because after the revision of the Patent Law, its contents will have basically met the requirements of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (the Trips agreement).\u003cbr/\u003eIt is still an existing problem that many Chinese enterprises and factories still lack of the knowledge of how to make use of the intellectual property rights.
