Everybody's face, they get really intense. I've been there, so that's always fun for me to do.\"\u003cbr/\u003eBruce Dern, enjoying a career renaissance at 77, made the Golden Globes a family affair this year.\u003cbr/\u003eThe best actor nominee was accompanied to the awards show by his daughter, Laura Dern, a former Globe winner herself and also the event's Miss Golden Globe when she was a teenager.\u003cbr/\u003e\"It's so amazing, I feel so privileged to be here with him. It's really an honor to celebrate him,\" Laura Dern said as her father leaned in and kissed her on the cheek.\u003cbr/\u003eAnother veteran actor back in the spotlight was Robert Redford, a nominee for the film \"All Is Lost.\"\u003cbr/\u003e\"It means a great deal, it means a lot,\" said Redford about continuing to receive nominations. \"It's a very different film, I think a lot of the credit belongs to J.C. Chandor who directed and designed the film, but he created a wonderful opportunity for me as an actor to step into a very challenging role which is what I was looking forward to.\"\u003cbr/\u003eGolden Globe veteran Michael J. Fox was all smiles to be back to the award show.\u003cbr/\u003eLast year he returned to accompany his son Sam Fox as Mr. Golden Globe, this year he was back as a nominee for Best Actor in a Comedy series for \"The Michael J. Fox Show.\"\u003cbr/\u003e\"Yeah it's great. It's always cool to see who's here and who's doing what and who gets drunk and who's been gone too long,\" said Michael J. Fox.\u003cbr/\u003eBest supporting actor winner Jared Leto felt the need to clarify rumors he read about his physique while playing a transgender woman on \"Dallas Buyers Club.\"\u003cbr/\u003e\"I did not use any prosthetics in the making of this film. My tiny little bubble butt was mine and mine alone,\" he said. \"Thank you very much.\"\u003cbr/\u003eDirector David O. Russell continued to win awards for \"American Hustle,\" adding the Globe for Best Musical/Comedy to his haul for the film.\u003cbr/\u003eRussell admits he'll be awake this next Thursday morning for the announcements of the Oscar nominations.\u003cbr/\u003e\"Do I watch in the morning?
