It claims to have around at least fifty clients per week who come here for treatments, others come to sit in the steam.
The owner, Andrei Fomin, says all the plants used here, including birch, oak, eucalyptus and wormwood are imported from Russia to ensure they are properly preserved.
The birch and eucalyptus is tucked into the client's neck while therapists use the oak to move the steam around the client.
The bundles of branches are called veniks.
Fomin says: "So these veniks (oak leaf bundles) are used to drive the super heated steam which come out from the stove, we drive it on the body of the (client) and in this time your body temperature goes up and your blood vessels expand and you have (pauses), your blood pressure drops, at the same time your heart is pumping much harder than normal."
The heat means it is important to drink a lot of water, but the lounge is also a social meeting area.
According to Fomin: "In (the) lounge we have some drinks, some tea, some herbal teas, beer, vodka, crayfish, other Russian delicacies and it's (a) very social space.
