But we don't have figures on exactly how many people are in camps, who exactly is running them and what's available in those camps.\"\u003cbr/\u003e10. Wide shot of press conference \u003cbr/\u003eThe United Nations says they are still not getting enough cooperation from the Myanmar government to properly serve the needs of the victims of cyclone Nargis.\u003cbr/\u003eAt a news conference in Bangkok, a UN spokesperson acknowledged that more aid flights were landing in the country,\u003cbr/\u003ebut said the level of assistance remained inadequate.\u003cbr/\u003e\"We're seeing more relief items reaching those people in the delta and Yangon ..... However the levels of aid getting in are not adequate, and are not enough to meet the needs on the ground,\" said Amanda Pitt, United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.\u003cbr/\u003eThe UN also warned of another cyclone that was taking shape south of Myanmar, but said they had scant information on where and when it was likely to hit.\u003cbr/\u003eThe World Food Program (WFP) did report some good news, noting that the port of Yangon was open again.\u003cbr/\u003e\"We are talking to boat owners to see if they might have smaller boats than we might actually want to get in at this stage, but certainly boats that would be actually able to get in and dock,\" said World Food Program spokesman, Marcus Prior.\u003cbr/\u003eThey hope to begin ferrying relief supplies by boat, even considering setting up a floating warehouse outside the delta, which could help small boats distribute aid into narrow waterways.\u003cbr/\u003eThe ruling junta has been blasted by aid agencies for refusing to allow most foreign experts into the delta and not responding adequately to what they say is a spiralling crisis.\u003cbr/\u003eSome victims were reportedly getting spoiled or poor-quality food, rather than nutrition-rich biscuits sent by international donors, adding to suspicions that the junta may be misappropriating foreign aid following the May 3 storm that killed more than 34-thousand people.\u003cbr/\u003eBut the WFP claims they have maintained control of all of their shipments which have arrived in Yangon.\u003cbr/\u003e\"We have no reports of any of our high-energy biscuits, of any incidents of the kind reported. We collected the biscuits from the airport and they remain in our possession,\" Prior said.\u003cbr/\u003eReports have surfaced of refugee camps popping up on the outskirts of Yangon.\u003cbr/\u003eSome witnesses claim that people are being relocated from the Irrawaddy delta by the Myanmar military.\u003cbr/\u003eThe UN says that they have little or no information about the number of refugees, the condition of camps and who is administrating them.\u003cbr/\u003e\"We know that there are some spontaneous camps, that people both living in makeshift shelters close to the place where they lived and others have moved out of the most affected areas to try to get to places where they could rely on services and relief to reach them,\" Pitt said.\u003cbr/\u003eThe UN is leading the international relief effort, which is trying to supplement the Myanmar junta's aid delivery that has been criticised by aid groups and survivors as woefully inadequate.\u003cbr/\u003eYet, the isolationist junta has refused to let international experts who have experience in managing humanitarian crises, saying it is capable of dealing with it on its own.\u003cbr/\u003eMeanwhile, some 2 million people are living in miserable conditions, many of them depending on rain for fresh drinking water, and meagre food rations. \u003cbr/\u003eAid agencies have warned that a humanitarian and medical catastrophe is building in the absence of a full-fledged relief program.\u003cbr/\u003eCyclone Nargis devastated the Yangon delta region of Myanmar on May 2-3, leaving more than 60-thousand
