But they feel let down by President Carlos Menem who last month was swept back into power promising to create 300-thousand new jobs a year.\u003cbr/\u003e\"Menem promised that he would launch a five year plan to carry out construction work and build houses. But nothing came of it. They were going to make 80 billion dollars. So we're waiting for this but nothing's going to happen. Now there's going to be two or three months of instability and there's not going to be any work. So what are we supposed to do? We've got to pay electricity bills, gas bills and each month they go up.
