Wrong. Wrong. Some of course will be allied with the party of Dr.  Karadzic, some of course will be allied with the party of Biljana Plavsic. What will come out as a result from the elections at the local level is that there  will be a lot of variety, including candidates from Karadzic's party, Plavsic's party,  candidates from other democratic parties, including candidates from socialist parties.  Representatives from the Helsinki committee will also be present in the new  government. This is going to be the first government elected by the people since the  breakup of Bosnia Herzegovina.
